The FLOWGEN consortium is proud to announce the publication of the FLOWGEN Outreach Strategy, a comprehensive communication framework designed to amplify youth-led innovation for the Blue Economy and Water Justice across Europe.

Developed by LATRA in collaboration with Kersnikova Institute (Slovenia), Youth Bridges Budapest (Hungary), and Esplai Social (Spain), the strategy serves as a roadmap for engaging young people, educators, policymakers, and communities in collective action toward a sustainable water future.

More than a document, the Outreach Strategy is a living tool — designed to evolve as FLOWGEN grows. It provides partners and stakeholders with practical guidance on how to communicate the project’s goals, share results, and strengthen collaboration. From crafting key messages to managing social media, branding, and event promotion, it ensures that FLOWGEN’s voice remains unified, inclusive, and impactful across all countries.

At its heart, the strategy connects youth empowerment with Europe’s sustainability priorities — the European Green Deal, the EU Youth Strategy, and the Blue Economy Agenda. It defines how FLOWGEN will reach diverse audiences through multilingual campaigns, storytelling, and digital engagement, all while upholding the principles of environmental responsibility and open access.

By combining communication, education, and advocacy, the Outreach Strategy ensures that FLOWGEN’s message — youth can lead the change for water justice — resonates widely and inspires real action. It reflects a shared European commitment to empower the next generation of changemakers to shape a fair, inclusive, and sustainable blue future.
