On September 18th, 2025, the FLOWGEN consortium came together for its first Transnational Project Meeting (TPM) — and although we weren’t in the same room, the energy was unmistakable! Hosted online, this meeting brought together all partners to lay the groundwork for FLOWGEN’s mission: empowering youth to shape the future of the blue economy and water justice.
With the project officially launched just a few weeks earlier on September 1st, the TPM marked the first opportunity for partners to connect, exchange ideas, and set strategic first steps. The session focused on aligning expectations, defining work packages, and mapping out activities that will inspire and mobilize young people across Europe.
All four FLOWGEN partners joined forces in this collaborative space.
Each partner presented their perspective, sparking rich conversations on how to ensure FLOWGEN’s activities remain practical, inspiring, and accessible for youth across diverse contexts.
Key discussions revolved around communication strategies, outreach to local youth communities, and the creation of digital resources. The team also outlined timelines for upcoming workshops and learning opportunities, ensuring FLOWGEN hits the ground running with both ambition and clarity.
Partners left the meeting energized, with a shared sense of purpose and a clear plan for moving forward. FLOWGEN is now firmly set on course — ready to equip young changemakers with the skills and confidence to lead in Europe’s blue economy transformation.
Stay tuned as we continue this journey together — and get ready for updates on our upcoming activities!
